FamilyCARES! Official Online Employment Application 

Thank you for your interest in joining our family!  FamilyCARES! In-Home Living Assistance LLC hires professionals who exhibit evidence of exceptional ability.  We are offering you this application packet because we feel that your passions may align with our agency ideals.  After submitting your complete application, you should expect an interview invitation within 3 days.    

Instructions:  At anytime if you need help filling out this application form or have any questions regarding the application process, please notify our founding director, Paul Goldbeck, @ (267) 908- 0398. 

-  Please read the “Application Memorandum” below.
-  Complete every page of this application, thoroughly answering each question.  

-  This application must be completed in one sitting and cannot be saved for later additions.  Please begin this   

   application when you have at least 30 minutes to spend.  Also, make sure that you have the names and contact 
   information for all 6 references (professional and personal) before sitting down to complete this application in its 
   entirety.  

Applicant Memorandum:  This application will be used to assess your professional qualifications.  This is not an employment contract.  This is a document that will be used to appropriately investigate your history of employment and general citizenship.  Please answer all appropriate questions found in this document truthfully and accurately.  Any applications that are not completely filled out will not be considered.  False or misleading statements during the interview or found on forms are grounds for terminating the application process.  If any falsehoods are presented and found after you have been offered employment, this is also grounds for immediate termination and reporting.  All qualified applicants will receive consideration and be treated respectfully throughout their employment without regard to race, skin color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or and other protected class status under applicable law.  You must disclose all past criminal information.  We will not employ anyone who has ever committed a crime.  Drug testing is a mandatory part of this application process.  Random drug testing will be a reality once you have accepted a position.
