At FamilyCARES!, the industry's traditional "caregiver" receives further training to become a CAREPARTNER.  Our family is composed of certified nursing assistants and care professionals who have proven to be motivated, knowledgable, and trustworthy.  Long periods of training and very serious background checks take place before CAREPARTNERS are permitted to provide care.  Aggressive employee payment schedules, medical benefits allowance, and a strong retirement plan strengthen our employee's resolve and justify our demanding expectations for superior care.

Each and every professional that is invited into the FamilyCARES! network has displayed a true sense of self, has a natural curiosity about their world, and  genuinely wants to help Pennsylvania's elderly citizens.  We only train and hire qualified professionals who show evidence of exceptional ability.  Our CAREPARTNERS naturally make everyone around them feel safe, strong, and independent.

We guarantee that your CAREPARTNER has a respectable past, as a professional and as a citizen.  Employee credentials are always verified before we conduct our extensive interview process.  Your family's safety comes first, always.
